Reverse Jet Filters – Cartridge Filter type for continuous cleaning:

Dust extraction systems designed by Delta Environmental incorporate a Reverse Jet Filtration system for semi continuous cleaning of the cartridge filters. Using clean, dry, high pressure air typically at 5 – 6 bar pressure, the cartridge cleaning programme is automatically alternating to maintain the cartridges in the cleanest possible state for efficient filtration. Differing applications will determine the type and size of cartridge, with a suitable coating as necessary, to offer the optimum cleaning down to ensure reliable, continuous, filtration.

The filter size and design reflects the type of dust particles being handled, either using collection buckets for dust collection or, where larger quantities of dust are being separated, having a mechanical or pneumatic transfer system to handle the waste. Explosion relief panels are fitted as necessary.

Delta filter units are suitable for both external and internal use and can be supplied with either a galvanise or paint finish. Paint finish colour can, if required, be to any standard RAL code.
